Halloween Let’s make a lowfat and healthy sports meal to fit the occasion

Halloween is the Western Ghost Festival. It’s a bit like our Zhongyuan Festival in the lunar calendar. This festival has been popular in our country for many years. Young people especially like it. I think the reason they like it is to join in the fun. After all, which young person wouldn’t like to dress up and have some fun to release their nature and pressure? In addition to dressing up, activities like “trick or treating” and delicious food are naturally indispensable. Given that many people are on a diet recently, this year I have abandoned baking. Instead, I will share a fitness and healthy fat-reducing meal with everyone. Let’s feel the atmosphere of Halloween together. I hope you will like today’s food sharing.

Halloween – Pasta Fitness Meal

Ingredients: A small handful of spaghetti, a small floret of broccoli, three eggs, two pieces of seaweed sheets, two onions, three grains of corn, three tablespoons of ketchup.
Cooking steps:

  1. To make this fitness meal, you can cook in two small pots at the same time. If you only have one pot, then boil the eggs in water first. Eggs must be put into cold water to avoid bursting. This common sense must be understood. Pour water to cover the eggs, then add a little bit of salt to make it easier to boil. After the water boils, turn down the heat and slowly cook until cooked. Then peel the eggs and set aside.
  2. Broccoli is a very healthy and nutritious vegetable. Determine the quantity according to the number of people who will eat it. Cut the broccoli into small florets and soak them in light salt water for fifteen minutes. This will not only make it cleaner and more hygienic but also make the taste better. After the water in the pot boils, pour in the broccoli and blanch it for ten seconds, then take it out and set aside. Then throw in a little bit of corn kernels and blanch them for a while and take them out.
  3. Remove some of the debris from boiling the broccoli, and then put in the spaghetti and cook. It doesn’t matter if you cook directly in clean water. After the water boils vigorously, turn down the heat. When cooking spaghetti, you don’t need to keep boiling it vigorously. On the contrary, cooking it slowly over medium-low heat is easier to cook through.
  4. After the spaghetti is cooked, scoop out some and squeeze in a large tablespoon of ketchup and stir well. This will be used for decoration and matching, so make the color darker.
  5. Spread the cooked broccoli on the bottom of the plate to raise it up and make the whole thing look more three-dimensional. Then spread the spaghetti on it and shape it a little to make it look like a skull. Then place the boiled eggs as eyes. Don’t place the eyes in the same way, so the expression won’t be stiff. Then place the onion slices, and then place the corn kernels as teeth.
  6. Cut out two circles of different sizes from the seaweed sheet and stick them on the eggs as eyeballs. Then squeeze some ketchup around as decoration. Finally, place the previously stirred tomato spaghetti on it as hair decoration and cut a little bit of seaweed shreds on it. Thus, a Halloween fitness and fat-reducing meal is completed. The method is very simple. You can try it.
